MEDITATION AND MEDITATION/DEVELOPMENT CLASSES

Meditation/development classes are held bi-weekly Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm through Zoom. These classes are an excellent way to connect with other like-minded people. The class begins with a relaxing meditation to open up the 7 chakras and connect with your higher self and spirit guides. Following the meditation we begin to give mediumship messages. Mediumship messages is connecting with loved ones that have passed and also with our Spirit Guides. This class is non-judgmental and many attendees are at different levels. The fee for this class is $20.00

Meditation Classes are held on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm through Zoom. This is an one hour class to relax, heal and find inner peace. Great class for reducing stress, fatigue and anxiety. Fee is $20.00

MORNING PRAYER

I read this prayer and it so resonated with me. I wanted to share it and it is a beautiful way to start each and every day:

All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. And out of each experience I have, only good will come to me. I am safe, I am protected , I am loved.

On my walk this morning this beautiful word kept popping into my thoughts. This is when I trust Spirit and write with the topic they give me.

How often do you find yourself being kind to others? It can be a simple act of smiling at a stranger, buying a coffee for the car behind you through a drive thru, stepping up to a friend in need before they ask, being there to listen. There are so many examples to share. What you do not realize is that energy of kindness is not only felt for the other person, but for you and it lifts your energy and this planet feels it and this planet now needs it more than ever.

Kindness is a branch of the word love. Please recognize that we all could do with a little more of feeling good and to share this feeling with others. Love and kindness brightens this world and sheds light on darkness.

Make this week a wonderful one for yourself and for another.
